George Pratsos
George Pratsos has spent 28+ years in ICT and 18+ in technology education. He is the founder and CEO of EFACT Services Ltd and AXIS Regional Academy, both based in Cyprus, where he designs and delivers AI adoption and technology training programmes for corporate and public sector clients. His approach is practical by design. He doesn't arrive with a generic slide deck — he sits with the people in the room, understands how they actually work, and builds programmes around that. On the AI side, George brings both practitioner credibility and governance grounding. He holds the IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification, which means his training covers not just what AI tools can do, but how to use them responsibly within regulatory and ethical boundaries. He is an EEK-certified vocational trainer, delivering through HRDA-certified training structures and the Cisco Networking Academy, so when he talks about AI in a training room, he is speaking from direct, hands-on experience. He covers conversational AI, prompt engineering, AI mindset, responsible use, and workflow integration, adjusting the depth and angle depending on whether the audience is a C-suite, a delivery team, or frontline staff with limited digital confidence. His academic background combines technical foundation with business: a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Engineering from the University of Manchester and an MBA in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. He speaks English fluently, Greek natively, and has working knowledge of French.
