Course Overview

The programme aims to provide the knowledge and insights to effectively address the important area of sanctions. The programme will equip participants with the necessary knowledge to be able to use common practices to avoid breaking sanctions, as well as assist participants in understanding methods and common practices used for implementing sanction regimes.

The programme will offer participants the opportunity to explore their obligations under relevant legislation and directives, including risk assessment, record keeping, reporting to authorities, due diligence measures, and staff responsibilities.
